Rules :

THE PARTICIPANTS

Participants must be of legal age.
Participants must have a declared professional activity in the ceramics field and provide proof for the year 2025-2026.
Participants undertake to be present at the location of their personal exhibition during the three days of the festival and are responsible for transporting their pieces.

SELECTION CRITERIA

The plastic quality of the work presented.
The new and/or very recent nature of the works submitted for the exhibition.
The works must be by the artists themselves.
The artist’s ability to create a scenography suited to the exhibition venue.

THE APPLICATION FILE

Each participant must select 5 of his or her works and must send one photo per work submitted. During the event, you may choose to exhibit new works in line with this application file.

Photos must be uploaded in high definition (300dpi) in JPEG format and be between 1 and 1.5 MB maximum in size.
Each photo must be named with a title or number of the work presented.
Each participant must provide a brief biographical note and/or an artistic dossier: training, main exhibitions, a text presenting his or her work.

CONDITIONS FOR TAKING PART AND SETTING UP ON THE COURSE

The selected ceramists undertake to insure their own works exhibited on the ceramics trail.
The selected ceramists cede free of charge the rights of reproduction, exploitation and publication of their pieces to the Cultural Office and authorise the photographic, televisual, filmed and digital reproduction of their pieces as part of the promotion of the TERRALHA Festival: posters, flyers, press releases, press kits, Facebook, blogs, etc.
Selected ceramists pay a registration fee of €180, which will be retained in the event of withdrawal (except in cases of force majeure).
Each exhibitor provides his own exhibition material. Installation is carried out jointly with the help of the selection committee. To ensure that your work is displayed to the highest possible standard in the dedicated space, we will provide you with photos and a floor plan to help you think about how best to showcase your work.
Accommodation for participants will be provided free of charge, wherever possible, for the duration of the event.
Each applicant accepts these rules and the ceramists selected will sign a participation agreement with the Cultural Office.
The selected ceramists undertake to inform the organisers of their turnover during the festival.
